How do I clean my Puffco device?

To maintain optimal performance, we recommend soaking the glass attachment and atomizer in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and using the device.

What is the standard shipping timeframe?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for electronic vaporizers may take 5-10 business days and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Does my device come with a warranty?

Yes, our electronic bases are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that atomizers and glass components are considered consumable parts and are not covered under the standard warranty.

Can I return a product if it has been used?

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Why is my device flashing a rainbow light?

A rainbow light sequence typically indicates a connection issue between the base and the atomizer. Try cleaning the gold connection pins with a cotton swab dipped in ISO or ensure the atomizer is fully tightened.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that some third-party payment processors restrict transactions for vaporizer hardware.
